Our yoga classes are designed to deepen your connection to your breath and body. We offer a strong, dynamic emPOWER Flow and our ultra nourishing Yin Restore. You'll leave feeling grounded and your energy revitalised and restored.
Our Therapeutic Pilates classes are a powerful system of movement that focuses on developing mind-body and breath awareness, stability and mobility through the "core" and relieving stress and tension in the body by creating more efficient postural and movement patterns.
We have found that by blending modalities; specifically pilates, yoga and self-myofascial release, we create a movement system that ticks all the boxes. Create space and reset tissues with the SMFR, initiate deep, subtle core work through Pilates, and dynamic, full body strength fix through yoga. 1:1 PRIVATE SESSIONS
If you prefer private tuition in either Yoga, Pilates or a Blend, we offer one-hour and 90-minute private sessions that are designed specifically for you based on your experience level, personal goals, any injuries or limitations you are working with and what your interests are. We tailor each session specifically to you so you leave feeling empowered and restored.
