Skier's Blend :: To really enjoy and maximise the ski season, winter sports require lower body and core strength as well as balance. Whether you're into downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing or all of the above, a key ingredient of an epic winter in the hills is that our bodies are functioning optimally. Downhill skiing and snowboarding can be intense, high speed activities which require a honed ability to quickly change direction and stop. Finding and refining a balance in lower body strength of our quads, hamstrings, our lateral and medial muscle groups and overall body balance is essential in injury prevention. The Skier's Blend is designed specifically for these winter activities and will support you thriving through the winter and beyond.

Every class will include:

• Functional lower body strengthening with focus on lateral stability
• Plyometrics and Balance
• Pilates based core strengthening
• Myofascial release and stretching
