We have some incredible workshops coming up in 2021!

Friday, 23rd April, 2021

HELP YOUR BODY BREATHE BETTER :: 6-8PM - Learn how to relax and release tension from your body to help improve your breathing. This workshops is for anyone who wants to learn how to improve their own or their clients' breathing. For more details and book.

PILATES FOR HAPPY FEET :: 10.30AM-12PM - Learn Pilates exercises and other techniques to help you look after, strengthen, and mobilise your feet. For more details and to book.

PILATES FOR A HEALTHY PELVIC FLOOR :: 1-2.30PM - Learn Pilates exercises and other techniques to help you look after, strengthen, and mobilise your pelvic floor. For more details and to book.

CREATE FLOW IN YOUR MOVEMENT CLASS :: 3-5PM - Learn techniques to make your movement classes more exciting and dynamic by using the Pilates principle of flow. Joseph Pilates created his routines to flow. His workouts were continuous, smooth, and elegant, transitioning from one exercise to another without pauses and interruptions. SELF MYO-FASCIAL RELEASE :: 1-4PM - Myofascial release is great tool to use for rehabilitation or movement therapy. It's also great as a reset after exercising to help prevent muscle soreness. Learn all about fascia and how to do self-myofascial release to improve range of movement, body alignment, and reduce muscle pain. This workshop is great for bodyworkers and body therapists — such as Pilates or yoga teachers — and anyone interested in maintaining their body in between sporting or other recreational activities.
